I am horrified that hotels can treat customers like this and get away with it. I do recommend not to stay in this hotel, if you do not like good nightlife area. Only advantage is that this hotel is very close to Frankfurt Main station and majority of places of interest are close-by. This hotel is right in the middle of Red light area of Frankfurt.
